ABOUT US

Unique Building Services was incorporated on the 3rd March 1999 and commenced operation with four employees. Since inception, Unique’s growth has been steady and successful.

All but one of the original team are still actively working within the company – the exception being one of our co-directors who retired in June 2008.

Unique now has four permanent offices on a National level; our Head Office in Carrum Downs Victoria, our Regional Offices in Shepparton and Geelong Victoria and our Brisbane Office at Willawong in Queensland.

We have a proven record of reliability under extreme circumstances, especially significant weather events such as destructive storms, bushfires in Victoria and floods in South East Queensland.

Our most fulfilling accomplishments have undoubtedly been our involvement in the re-construction of many homes in Marysville, Kinglake and Flowerdale following the devastating 2009 Victorian bushfires.

We are also proud to have been involved in many Flood restoration programs in Queensland, one (in Goodna) which is highlighted on our News page.

Unique Building Services offers an After Hours emergency service for all works of an urgent nature, when requested to attend the home by your Insurance Company or Service Provider.
