Builders came out the same day I called, inspected the job and within 24hrs had a detailed list of what needed to be done and when. Each job was done according to the plan. Great work by each trades person. Excellent trades and company overall. I still can't believe how prompt they were in getting the job assessed and completed. Thanks.
I would like to bring to your attention to the team who worked on my insurance claim. I received your paper work in Oct 2019 and my kitchen is all finished now and ready for me to go back home, as of March 2020. It has been a long drawn out project as the walls (double brick) had to be dried out completely before work started. I’m lucky enough to have been staying with my daughter through all of this. NOW – I want to thank the team I met throughout the process. Stacey, Jess, Colin, Kevin, Clayton, Ken Taylor (cabinet maker), Jim Williams (painter) and one chap orgainising the dryer / blower who happened to be on the premises when I called in one day (didn’t get his name) also a floor covering man. There would be others that I didn’t meet but everyone is owed a special thank you for being so polite, courteous and very respectful to myself (I am nearly 85) and my home. A special thankyou to Clayton who went above and beyond what his job required. Greatly appreciated!! The finished kitchen is absolutely beautiful and I am just so pleased with the results. Our work with the team at UBS was to deliver the first stage of a Rejuvenation Program across our Campuses at TAFE Queensland Brisbane. Projects ranged from the painting of general learning areas to the refurbishment of buildings. Their ability to maintain an exceptional level of attention to detail and deliver a high quality product, whilst accommodating ever-changing access constraints to enable continued service delivery, was beyond our expectations in terms of the minimal disruption to business and the superior finish of the final product. Called to say she was extremely happy with the repairs at her property. She was very happy with Sam from All Flooring as well. All the trades that were on the job were most helpful. She said UBS was very professional and she would be happy to recommend us and our tradespeople.
Dale (Tenant) rang to compliment the plasterer (Jon) on great work done, very friendly, cleaned up after the repairs were completed, put down drop sheets, very very impressed. Dale said he has lived at the property for 10 years and has had several trades out at the property over the years and this is the first time he wanted to call to advise on a great job and service that Jon (Plasterer) had done.
The restoration of our home has been completed. I would like to express my thanks to you, Ansvar and UBS in delivering a very good outcome. I was the Project Manager on a project to rebuild a flood damaged child care centre and worked with Unique Building Services as the principal contractor. UBS were very professional in their approach and produced a first class result for our client. The staff were prompt in their responses to our queries, managed an “on time” and ‘on budget” building programme and were generally a pleasure to work with.

The Insured’s were glowing in their praise of the builder used in this instance who took the time each day to explain what works he was undertaking and the reasons they were doing the works a particular way. They were also very impressed with the way the plumber used was teaching his apprentice, his manner in fully explaining to his apprentice the way to do the work and reasons why they were undertaking the repair a particular way was a credit to the way the plumber operates
Thank you very much for all your efforts in organising completion of repairs to our property following a recent storm. We were particularly impressed by the professional approach and standard of work by the people who repaired the fencing. They took the time to attend the property prior to purchasing materials and ensured that everything matched our existing safe fencing.
